During the days the focus is on silence. Silence together with a few participants, in an atmosphere where calm and harmony, fellowship and joy are created.

Highlights including in the price:

- Daily 1-hour meditative yoga class each day; Yoga & Meditation Based on Kundalini and restorative yoga, with chanting and pranayamas.
- 1 guided yogic walk by the beach.
- 30 minutes individual coaching.
- Food class, some meals of the cocking will be done together with the participants.
- Nighttime relaxing and voluntary activities (meditation, sound healing, chakra breathing, etc)
- Half board meals: breakfast in silence, vegan / veggie lunch or dinner. (Participants are welcome to use the house kitchen for easy cooking.)
- 5 nights lovely accommodation in double room or multi-bed suite. Single room 30 EUR extra per night.
